多元智能理論與遊戲融入托嬰中心課程之行動研究

Action research on integrating multiple intelligences and play into the curriculum in the day care center

摘要


本研究旨在探討托嬰中心課程,結合嬰幼兒發展、遊戲理論,同時融入多元智能理論進行創新遊戲課程。課程進行中,如何藉由多元智能遊戲促進嬰幼兒發展、托育人員對嬰幼兒遊戲課程的態度,如何解決嬰幼兒課程面臨的瓶頸與困難。此行動研究中,透過觀察、反思、討論修正、修改行動研究計畫,連續循環結果。主要之研究目的在於探究多元智能理論與遊戲融入托嬰中心課程活動之可行性,觀察及記錄嬰幼兒在多元智能課程中的反應,以及瞭解托育人員對於「多元智能嬰幼兒遊戲課程」的想法與做法。根據研究資料與研究結果,歸結出以下結論:一、多元智能理論融入遊戲課程在托嬰中心實施不僅符合現代教育趨勢,更能明確掌握嬰幼兒學習敏感期,對嬰幼兒發展助益甚大。二、多元智能理論融入遊戲課程後嬰幼兒發展更均衡,研究結果透過多元的評量方式、以及家長回饋,均肯定本研究之實施成效,證實嬰幼兒發展更均衡。三、多元智能理論融入托嬰中心嬰幼兒遊戲課程,托育人員所面臨的挑戰包含了托育人員專業知能限制與嬰幼兒本身發展限制等兩方面。

The purpose of this study was to incorporate the theories of early childhood development and the theory of multiple intelligences into the play-based curriculum in the child care center. In this action research study, through consistent observations, in-depth introspect, and continuous revision of the research plans, this research has come to its focus on how to integrate the theory of multiple intelligences and play into the child care center curriculum, observing and recording the reactions of children during the involvement of multiple intelligences activities, and understanding the child care providers' perspectives. This study has concluded the following conclusions: 1. Integrating the theory of multiple intelligences into play-based curriculum not only meets the modern educational trend, but also accurately identifies each infant's interests and strengths. 2. From a diverse way of children's assessment and parents' feedbacks, the implementation of the curriculum had positive influences on children's overall growth and development. 3. The challenges of implementing the integration of the theory of multiple intelligences into play-based curriculum included two aspects: child care providers' professional development and limitations of the children's deelopment.
