Mini Review: The Study of the Aluminum Influence on Tea

摘要


鋁是地殼中最多的金屬元素,對生物具有毒性。茶富含多酚類,具有多項的生理特性,深受歡迎。已知茶是少數能累積鋁的植物,且能免除鋁的毒害。本文以茶樹體內鋁的生物學特性,討論茶樹免除鋁毒害機制及茶中的鋁進入人體消化系統的變化。

Aluminum is the most abundant metal element in the earth's crust and is toxic to living creatures. Tea is rich in polyphenols and showing advantageous properties, such as anti-oxidation, anti-radiation, anti-aging, and antimicrobial activities. Tea is one of the few plants that can accumulate aluminum. The avoidance mechanism of aluminum toxicity in tea was mentioned in this review. Additionally, the structural change of aluminum in tea which entering the human digestive system were discussed as well.
