人身保全人員職能量表之建構與調查

The Development and Examination of Competence Inventory of Security Gurards

摘要


本研究先針對過去人身保全所需職能相關質化研究所得成果,建立初步職能評選指標,並以此擬定專家問卷。經過重要性分析與修改意見後,進而確立人身保全職能評選指標。接下來,針對實際承接人身保全業務之保全公司,及企業內部聘用人身保全員之用人主管、人身保全員,實施問卷普查。最後,彙整調查結果進行分析,以瞭解受測者以自我觀點「應具備」重要的職能及自我評估「已具備」職能,排列出應具備重要的職能、應加強的職能、「應」具備與「已」具備職能的差異,並提出相關的具體建議。

First, this research initialized the competence evaluation index with the outcomes of the past security guard competence researches and created professional questionaires. After analyzing the importance and reviewing feedbacks, a final security guard competence evaluation index was completed. Then, the actual security business, security guard managers, who are respond for recruiting, and security guards were interviewed with the questionaires. Finally, the outcomes were compiled and analyzed, in order to understand the "essential" competence from the subjects' views and the self evaluation on "already-have" competences. The impacts of the essential competences, the competences that are needed to be enhanced, the differences between the "essential" competences and "already-have" competences, and population statistics were ranked.
