運用AHP探討新產品開發決策評估分析-以金屬製造業為例之研究

摘要


本研究經由文獻探討,從新產品開發之決策評估,找出構面及其構面下所屬因素,再以專家訪談方式,與研發、生產製造、銷售、行銷單位中高階經理人作深度訪談,參與訂定構面及因素準則的歸納與分類,並建立層級架構,找出因素間相互依存關係。然後,再以層級分析法,計算AHP法之構面與因素重要度,最後,對因素重要度結果做排序。希望有助於企業在新產品開發決策評估提出最適合新產品的技術與研發方向。

The research is from paper discussion and decision making factors for new product developing to find out the dimensions and the factors. Then we discuss with research, manufacture, sales and marketing management (experts interviewed method) to understand the conclusion and sort of dimension and factor rule. And set up the level structure to find the relationship between all factors. Then calculate the importance of structure and factor by Analytic Hierarchy Process. Last, put the result in factor importance order.hope the result could help business come out the best solution for new product technology and research.
