A Study on the Relationship among Creative Personality and Creative Behavior - Evidence from A University of Science and Technology

摘要

本研究旨在探討大學生創造性人格與創意行為的關係，及比較不同屬性下，其創意行為和創造性人格的差異情形。研究對象為A 科技大學四個學院的大學生，採用問卷調查法，主要發現如下：不同屬性之大學生，在創意行為、創造性人格上均達顯著差異；整體或各層面的創造性人格與創意行為，彼此間均達顯著正相關，當大學生有較高「原創力」及較低「效率性」傾向時，大學生創意行為較明顯。

In this study is to investigate the relationships between student's creative personality trait and creative behavior. And study different attribute variables about creative behavior, and creative personality. An object of study include that students of four colleges in A University of Science and Technology. The results are described as follow：The students with different attribute variables in the creative behavior and creative personality have significant difference. In the whole or each level of creative personality and creative behavior, have significant positive correlation between each other. A higher ＂originality＂ and less ＂efficiency＂ tendency of students have more apparent creative behavior.
