摘要

企業資源規劃(ERP)系統在國內經過20年發展，已成為現代企業管理一項重要理論，本研究將以修正後資訊系統成功模式探討一家已導入使用ERP系統約10年的上櫃公司，對現有ERP系統進行滿意度調查。本研究以問卷調查方式進行資料蒐集，研究對象為個案公司內部有使用ERP系統之使用者，問卷發放時間為2017年10月1日至2017年10月31日止，共計1個月，回收之問卷經收集彙整並剔除無效問卷後，有效問卷共123份。本研究結果發現：1. 資訊品質、系統品質對於使用有正向影響。2. 資訊品質、系統品質對於使用者滿意度有正向影響。3.使用、使用者滿意度對於個人效益有正向影響。以上研究結果驗證DeLone and Mclean修正後資訊系統成功模式的理論，對於國內已導入使用ERP系統多年之企業，可提供員工繼續使用ERP系統或調整給予參考建議。

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system has been developing for 20 years and has become an important theory on contemporary business management In Taiwan. This study based on DeLone and Mclean's revised information system success model to discuss in depth the listed company that has been using the ERP system for about 10 years and the users' satisfaction. Furthermore, questionnaires were used for data collection. The subjects of the study were users of the ERP system in the company. The questionnaire was issued from October 1, 2017 to October 31, 2017 for one month, and collecting 123 valid questionnaires. There were three positive results reveled in the study: (1) information quality and System quality had positive impact on use; (2) information quality and System quality had positive impact on user satisfaction; (3) Use and user satisfaction had positive impact on personal benefits. The above research results verified the theory of DeLone and Mclean's revised information system success model. Thus, companies that have imported the ERP systems for many years successfully can advise employees to apply the ERP systems to business management effectively.
