探討情緒管理對人格特質與創新行為之干擾性研究

The moderating effects of emotion management on the relationships between personality and innovation

摘要


該如何擁有創新的想法及技術,是企業思考的重要課題,而人格特質對於創新行為的影響性,是否會因為特質的不同進而影響創新的行為,以及藉由情緒管理對人格特質及創新行為的干擾性來做為輔助以彰顯其成效,是本研究探討的重點。以大專院校學生為研究對象,利用問卷調查法蒐集資料,應用SPSS 20.0做為分析工具,以描述性統計、相關分析、迴歸分析及階層迴歸分析等方法,以確認構面間的關聯性。結果發現:(1)人格特質對創新行為具有顯著性的影響;(2)情緒管理對於人格特質與創新行為兩者間的干擾並未達到顯著性。但若單就人格特質中的親和性及神經質兩項度分別來看,是有較明顯的干擾性存在。透過本研究,可瞭解各類型人格特質對於大學生創新行為的差異與影響性,以及情緒管理對此兩構面關係的干擾性強弱,並提出高低分組不同的情緒管理族群,其人格特質對創新行為上可能的差異原因及可以努力的作法,提供教師或學生強化或擴大個人具創新行為的參考資訊,並期望學生能藉此獲得更好的求職機會或工作上的表現。

It goes without saying that innovation is one of the most important issues in business administration. It is also important to increase business' innovation capacity through investigate employees' personality and emotion management. Therefore, this study focuses on the influence of personality on innovation for Taiwanese undergraduate students. The research results show that: (1) personality has significant impacts on innovation in this study; (2) the moderating effects of emotion management on the relationship between personality and innovation are insignificant. Through this research, we can have better understanding of the differences of various types of personality on students' innovation. We expect that the analysis and results can be used as a useful reference for professors and students and the direction of improving one's job opportunities and job performance.
