摘要

本文探討區塊鏈創造策略性商業價值的發展動態。本研究先精要地介紹區塊鏈的技術架構及其特徵。然後，基於區塊鏈的基本運作原則，本文提出一個概念化的區塊鏈的策略性商業價值模式，當企業應用區塊鏈技術，建造「去中心化」及「資產轉移」導向的網絡服務系統，則愈能夠創造獨特的商業價值。最後，我們提出兩個相關的研究命題，也提供一些研究建議，以協助後續的研究者，未來能夠深入地調查區塊鏈在企業策略領域的相關議題。

This paper explores the development dynamics of creating strategic business value with blockchain. We first introduce the technical architecture of the blockchain and its features. Then, based on operating principles of the blockchain, we propose a conceptual model of strategic business value for blockchain. When firms apply blockchain technology to build a decentralization and asset-transfer oriented network, the network service system is more able to create unique commercial value. Finally, two research propositions are presented, and some research suggestions are also provided for researchers to investigate in-depth the relevant issues of blockchain in the field of corporate strategy in the future.
