摘要

針對模糊層級分析法，本文先提出一個較合理的偏好判斷進行程序，即模糊AHP偏好判斷假設模式。接著，在此模式假設下，探討如何以目標規劃法求解模糊權重向量。最後，探討以目標規劃法所求得之模糊權重向量的決策理論性質，以及此方法在實務應用上的優點。

In this paper, a more reasonable procedure for pairwise comparisons using fuzzy numbers is proposed to clarify the meanings of coefficients in a judgment matrix. Following that assumption, a goal programming method for finding fuzzy weights in a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is then proposed, and the properties and advantages of the proposed method are also discussed.
