應用極大熵運算子的二元語義評估餐飲服務品質

摘要


二元語義資訊處理的群決策方法,是近年來最新發展的二元語義概念對語言評價資訊進行處理和運算。將二元語義以及有序加權平均運算子(Ordered Weighted Averaging, OWA)結合起來對服務品質的評估提供了一種新的思路和方法。如何確定有序加權平均(ordered weighted Averaging, OWA)運算元權向量是該理論研究的一個重要議題。本文考慮在給定orness測度大小的情況下,求出MEOWA運算元的權向量。在實際應用中,這套處理複雜問題的程式是非常方便容易;根據這種方法得出的結論有利於業者對評估進行綜合管理和運用,證明該方法的簡便性和有效性。最後,以餐飲的服務品質為實例,提供一套實施步驟以及分析說明,使其結果更加客觀、合理、可靠。

The 2-tuple linguistic representation developed in recent years is used to aggregate the linguistic assessment information. This paper provides a way to evaluate coffee service quality by combining 2-tuple fuzzy linguistic approach and OWA. Determination of the associated weight vector is an important issue in the OWA operator researching field. In the paper, A method for solving the weight variable of the maximal entropy ordered weighted averaging (MEOWA) operator is proposed , based on the uncertainty of orness measure. The algorithm is very convenient and easily applicable in practice. According to the result, managers can carry out integrated management and use coffee industry well. Finally, a numerical example shows that the approach is feasible and effective.
