在地文化融入文創產業發展之研究：以「高雄左營萬年季」為例

摘要

在台灣，行政院從2009 年開始陸續提出推進六大新興產業的規劃，且文化創意產業被視為「第四波」經濟動力，為鼓勵文創產業發展，政府在此同時，如何在國際化的發展以及在地文化的融入間取得平衡，這是所有從事文創相關業者經常會在內心自我思省的課題。本文想透過政府舉辦文化慶典活動，如何在發展文創的過程中導入及保留在地文化，並從民眾對文創藝文活動認知及其對政府舉辦相關藝文活動的影響。本研究的目的為：(一)、探討大學生對文化創意產業的認知及文創融入廟宇慶典文化、在地文化的認知程度。(二)、以左營萬年季為例，探討大學生慶典活動融入在地左營文化對文創發展的滿意度。 本研究個探討慶典活動――左營萬年季，近幾年來，高雄市政府民政局推動「在地特色活動」政策下，左營區公所便開始構想策劃，並號召各寺廟聯手，共同規劃舉辦具地方特色的活動，以期將精彩左營的匠工雕刻、歷史典故，以紀錄保留方式，及透過活動的整體呈現，在蓮潭畔綻放出璀璨動人丰姿，並開啟「萬年季」年度的活動，使慶典結合文創發展出新的局面。而對於萬年季度融入在地文化特色滿意度調查為，藝文表演的滿意度最高，其次為在地美食，所以，在舉辦萬年季的同時，可以邀請做工藝師傅、手工藝、街頭藝人表演，來提升對慶典活動的多元性及滿意度。

This study examines the celebrations of Zuoying Wannian Folklore Festival. In recent years, the Kaohsiung Government Civil Affairs Bureau promote ＂the ground features activities＂ policy, Tsoying District Office began the idea of planning, and called on the various monasteries joint planning jointly organized with the activities of the local features, order to phase wonderful left the camp of Carpenter work carving, historical allusions record retention manner and through the activities of the overall rendering, lotus Lake Crescent bloom a magnificent luxuriant, and open the ＂Wannian quarter＂ year activities the celebration combined Wen Chong development a new situation.
