有機休閒農場經營相關規範探討－以有機農產品及有機農產加工品驗證基準為中心

摘要

石油危機的發生，讓人們意識到資源的短缺，土地與環境的保護議題逐漸受到重視，有機農業響應了這個二十世紀時代背景下所追求的事物，愈來愈多學者開始對這個產業進行探討與研究，在此同時，週休二日的實施以及現代人隨著科技的日益越新來自各方的許多壓力，慢活、樂活、休閒等詞開始蔚為風潮，有機休閒農場便成為時代下一個新興的選擇，但我們普遍瞭解「有機」為能維持自然資源且保護土地環境，那加入休閒娛樂的「有機休閒農場」是否會與原理念背道而馳，本研究採內容分析法，將以「有機農產品及有機農產加工品驗證基準」對有機休閒農場的經營活動進行相關規範探討之研究。

As the oil shocks happened, the problem of resource shortage is becoming more and more serious; therefore, people concern the issue of environmental protection more seriously. Thus, organic agriculture becomes more popular, and more research on this issue. Meanwhile, due to the working pressure, and the implementation of two-day off policy, the trend of health, lifestyle and towards be. Organic Leisure Farms becomes one of the choices that people can spend during the weekends. However, we cannot sure when people in organic leisure farms, whether it will cause damage to organic. In this research, I use content analysis, will based on the Amended Provisions of the Certification Criteria for Organic Agricultural Products and Organic Agricultural Processed Products and regulations to the organic leisure farm business activities related to the norms of the study.
