馬來西亞樂高樂園渡假村網站資訊品質之研究

Research on information quality of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort Website

摘要


此次計劃的目的是要研究遊客們使用馬來西亞樂高樂園渡假村網站資訊旅遊類網站資訊,為了解遊客們對於馬來西亞樂高樂園渡假村網站資訊所提供的各項資訊,是否會反映出遊客的滿意度,從而得知遊客們對馬來西亞樂高樂園渡假村網站資訊的使用是否影響其遊客行為的取向,並根據研究結果提出建議。研究對象以使用過馬來西亞樂高樂園渡假村網站資訊之遊客為主,問卷參考e-SERVQUAL量表設計12題,採網路便利抽樣問卷調查方式進行目前共回收160份問卷,有效為150份問卷。資料分析採用敘述性統計及重要度-表現分析法(Importance-Performance Analysis,簡稱IPA)結果發現「馬來西亞樂高樂園渡假村網站網頁的顯示非常快速。」和「當我鍵入搜尋條件後,馬來西亞樂高樂園渡假村網站執行迅速。」是待改善的。

The purpose of this project is study whether the information provided by tourists on the LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort website information on the LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort website reflects visitor satisfaction, so as to understand whether tourists use of the LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort website information affects their visitor behaviour orientation, and make recommendations based on the research results. The research subjects are mainly tourists who have used the information on the LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort website, and the questionnaire refers to the e-SERVQUAL scale design 12 questions, and a total of 160 questionnaires are collected by means of convenient sampling questionnaires on the internet, and the effective questionnaire is 150 questionnaires. The data analysis used narrative statistics and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) to find that "the display of the LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort website page is very fast. And "when I typed in the search criteria, the LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort website executed quickly." It is something to be improved.
