振動刺激介入對緩和延遲性肌肉酸痛之影響

Vibration Stimulation Intervention to Attenuate the Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness

摘要


熱身運動與緩和運動是從事運動時最重要的一環,很多人往往忽略這些階段的重要性,因此常在運動中受傷,此外,運動後亦容易引發延遲性肌肉酸痛的產生,進而造成日常生活的不便。近年來,振動刺激的相關研究結果相當豐富,而振動刺激被用來舒緩延遲性肌肉酸痛的研究也慢慢被部分實驗所證實,因此本文統整目前振動刺激對於舒緩延遲性肌肉酸痛之相關研究,提供給運動選手或一般民眾參考使用。

Warm-up and cool down are the most important component when engaged in sports. Many people have overlooked the importance of these two, so often in sports injuries, and prone to lead to the generation of delayed onset muscle soreness after exercise, thus resulting in daily life inconvenient. Recent years, vibration training research were plentiful, and a lot of vibration stimulation were used to relieve delayed onset muscle soreness studies have been confirmed, therefore this integrated vibration stimulation to relieve the effect of delayed onset muscle soreness, athletes and public people use.
