Ever since the early 21st Century, the sector of digital game has become an emerging "rising star" in the global market in terms of knowledge-based economy. The fever of online game mushroomed since the end of last Century has not only created a huge commercial opportunities, but also been regarded as the key industry throughout contemporary digital age. This study then focuses on the research of environmental factors determining the soundness of human resource development and the analysis of various policies and programs thereof applied by domestic online game industry. Moreover, this study aims to improve the development of digital content industry by seeking a constructive plan to cultivate professional personnel as well as by offering a competent research basis for the human resource development.
