臺灣數位遊戲人才培育政策

Policy Concerning Human Resource Development for the Sector of Digital Games in Taiwan

摘要


二十一世紀初葉,數位遊戲以後起之秀的姿態席捲全球知識經濟市場,從上個世紀末開始燃燒的數位遊戲狂熱,衍生龐大的市場商機,更成為數位時代中的明星產業。本研究探討環境面進行人才培育的元素,探究臺灣數位遊戲產業的人才培育政策與推動方案,試圖為數位內容產業的發展與提升,尋求專業且完整的產業人才培育架構,為產業的人才培育提供可行的研究基礎,建議培育相關產業人才的可行方針。

Ever since the early 21st Century, the sector of digital game has become an emerging "rising star" in the global market in terms of knowledge-based economy. The fever of online game mushroomed since the end of last Century has not only created a huge commercial opportunities, but also been regarded as the key industry throughout contemporary digital age. This study then focuses on the research of environmental factors determining the soundness of human resource development and the analysis of various policies and programs thereof applied by domestic online game industry. Moreover, this study aims to improve the development of digital content industry by seeking a constructive plan to cultivate professional personnel as well as by offering a competent research basis for the human resource development.
