體育課學生在排球比賽規則及對空低手擊球之學習成效-以運動教育模式為例

Learning efficiencies on the volleyball rules and low-hands hitting of collegial students with Sport Education Model in the physical education class

摘要


本研究目的應用運動教育模式於體育課程中,探討不同性別學生在排球比賽規則及對空低手擊球之學習成效差異情形,對象為107學年度某科技大學體育課學生108人,方法採用單組前測-後測設計,工具為排球比賽規則測驗及對空低手擊球測驗,資料分析為描述性統計及相依樣本t檢定。結果指出:(一)運動教育模式應用於體育課程中,男性學生在排球比賽規則之學習成效有進步(M前=48.75;M後=58.20;t=-5.43,p<.05);女性學生在排球比賽規則之學習成效有進步(M前=45.10;M後=52.95;t=-4.37,p<.05)。(二)運動教育模式應用於體育課程中,男性學生在排球對空低手擊球之學習成效有進步(M前=26.29;M後=47.08;t=-6.37,p<.05);女性學生在排球對空低手擊球之學習成效有進步(M前=17.27;M後=42.90;t=-7.30,p<.05)。結論:應用運動教育模式於體育課程中,可以提升學生在排球比賽規則及對空低手擊球之學習成效,建議未來大學體育課程可以繼續採用運動教育模式,提升學生對於比賽規則及運動技能之學習成效。

The purpose of this study was to explore learning efficiencies on the volleyball rules and low-hands hitting of collegial students with the sport education model in the physical education class. The participants were 108 students who were 53 male and 55 female students engaged in the physical education class in a university in the 107 academic years. The method was the single group pretest-posttest design. The instruments were the test for volleyball rules and the low-hands hitting for volleyball. Those data were collected and analyzed by descriptive statistics and dependent t-test. The results were as follows: (a) both male and female students enhanced learning efficiencies on the volleyball rules with sport education model in the physical education. (b) both male and female students enhanced learning efficiencies on the low-hands hitting with sport education model in the physical education. In conclusions, the sport education model used in the physical education class can improve the learning efficiencies on the volleyball rules and low-hands hitting of collegial students. It advised that the sport education model can be used continually in the physical education class to improve learning efficiencies on the volleyball rules and low-hands hitting of collegial students.
