八週羽球訓練對國小高年級學童的動態視覺能力之效益

The Effect of Eight Weeks Badminton Training in Dynamic Visual Ability on Elementary School Students

摘要


目的:八週羽球訓練對國小學童的動態視覺能力之影響。方法:實驗對象為國小高年級學童30名,分配為羽球訓練組15名,控制組15名。羽球訓練組實施八週羽球訓練,控制組則維持一般日常活動,兩組前、後測均實施包含動態視覺視力,測驗項目:ATHLEVISION軟體測試動態視力以獨立樣本t考驗比較組間的差異,以相依樣本t考驗比較組內前後測之差異,研究的顯著水準設定為α=.05。結果與討論:在動態視覺能力方面,羽球訓練組有顯著進步,八週羽球訓練對國小高年級學童的動態視覺能力確實有較佳的表現。

Objective: eight weeks badminton training on elementary school students the impact of dynamic visual ability. Methods: The subjects for the high-grade elementary school children 30, assigned to badminton training group 15, control group 15.
