劍道選手運動傷害之調查研究

The Survey on Sports Injuries of Kendo Players

摘要


本研究目的在於調查劍道選手運動傷害發生的源由,以參加全國中正盃劍道賽者為對象,施以劍道運動傷害問卷調查社會組男、女選手(男子組137人,女子組51人)。調查資料以敘述統計進行分析,結果發現:高段組在比賽時較易受傷(53.2%),受傷的原因以互擊最多,練習時以熱身不足最多,受傷以頸部最多,類型以扭傷最多,造成傷害的動作為打擊手部最多。低段組在練習時較易受傷(74.7%),受傷的原因以技術不佳最多,比賽時以沒有防禦而被攻擊最多,受傷以手肘最多,類型以挫傷最多,造成傷害的動作為打擊手部最多。受傷後以自療最多。根據本研究結果顯示,低段組所產生的運動傷害與大專組的運動傷害相同,但高段組的運動傷害與大專組不同,因此,後續研究者可以高段組及國家代表隊選手為對象,分析不同層級選手的傷害差異,並提出預防策略以提升運動成績表現。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the causes of sports injuries, specifically targeting the National Chung Cheng Cup Kendo Tournament contestants. The survey takes both male and female contestants from the Social Division into account. (137 contestants from male division, 51 contestants from female division). Through analysis via descriptive statistics, the results were found that: 1. For higher level divisions, injuries are mostly incurred during competitions. (53.2%) Injuries are mainly caused during the attack against each other and due to lack of warm up. The injured zones are predominantly around the neck area. Various types of sprained parts of the body tend to happen as a result. Injuries are usually caused by the attacking motion from the hand section. 2. For the preliminary divisions, injuries are mostly incurred during training. (74.7%) The injury occurred mostly due to contestants' poor techniques and their lack of abilities to defend themselves. Consequently, elbow is prone to injuries. Other injuries are usually caused by the attacking motion from the hand section. 3. Injured contestants usually choose the option of self-healing. Conclusions and suggestions: 1. For higher level divisions, contestants should take on a more active attack and counter-attack strategy while avoiding mutual attack approach; proper warm-up before each practice is recommended in order to minimize injuries. 2. For preliminary divisions, proper protection gears, such as knee pads, wrist and elbow bands should be worn during trainings. To minimize injuries during a Kendo match, proper practices of both defense and counter -attack techniques should be advised. 3. Proper protection gears should be worn either during trainings or competitions. 4. When injured, seeking trainner or doctors is strongly suggested; it is to avoid injuries from becoming more serious which might influence the overall performance. 5. According to the result of this study, the sports injuries in preliminary divisions are similar to college divisions. However, the injuries in higher level divisions are different from the college divisions. Therefore, researchers should conduct a more detailed analysis on the different sports injuries in both higher level divisions and the national team. Also, they can propose new approaches or strategies to improve the performances of the contestants.
