學生參與運動社團動機、學習滿意與再參與意圖間關聯之研究

The Study of Relationship among Participation Motivation, Learning Satisfaction and the Willingness to Reparticipate

摘要


國民小學體育課程是各級體育的基礎,在正式的體育課程之外,社團活動是體育活動推展很重要的一環,其中運動社團應是以健康體能為基礎,休閒運動為前提,只要學生有興趣,人人可參加之運動社團。國小課後運動社團對提升學生運動興趣,增進學生體適能,養成學生終身運動,並肩負有播種與扎根的重要任務。本研究採用問卷調查法,研究對象為桃園縣公立國民小學高年級(五、六年級)學生有參與學校運動社團400人為問卷對象,並編製問卷,內容包括參與動機、學習滿意與再參與意圖三個變項。所得資料採結構方程模式(SEM)進行分析,來探討三者之間的關係。研究結果歸納如下:1.國小高年級學生參與學校運動社團動機與學習滿意有顯著相關。2.國小高年級學生參與學校運動社團動機與再參與意圖有顯著相關。3.國小高年級學生參與學校運動社團學習滿意與再參與意圖有顯著相關。最後,根據本研究之各項結果,提供未來相關研究者之參考。

The physical education in elementary school is the base for all level physical education. In addition to formal physical education curriculum, sports clubs also play an important role in promoting sports activities. Sports clubs should be aimed to bolster health wellness, leisure enjoyment, and can be attended by any student who shows interest. Furthermore, elementary school sports clubs should also help to upgrade students' interest, even more, to form a life-time habit to do exercise regularly. In one word, sports clubs shoulder the responsibility to achieve the above.This study conducts questionnaire methodology and observes 400 high-grade (fifth and sixth) students in a Taoyuan public elementary school. The questionnaire consists of "participation motivation," "learning satisfaction" and "the willingness to reparticipate". The data collected is analyzed through the "SEM" method. The results are as follows: 1. There is a significant relationship between "participation motivation" and "learning satisfaction". 2. There is a significant relationship between "participation motivation" and "reparticipation willingness". 3. There is a significant relationship between "learning satisfaction" and "reparticipation willingness". Finally, according the result, we offer suggestions to the school and Education Bureau, hoping that this can be used as a future reference.
