阻力訓練對老年人的生理影響

Effects of Resistance Training on Physiology in the Elderly

摘要


老化最大的原因是肌力的流失,減緩老化的有效方法之一─阻力訓練。過去觀念對於老年人來說,可能有許多生、心理因素及爭議性,現階段網路資訊的快速,專業的阻力訓練已成為一種安全又有效的運動。阻力訓練可以減緩老化效應,影響因素包括:肌肉合成、功能性體適能、同半胱胺酸、類胰島素促生長因子、心血管、大腦、能量消耗、心理層面等效應,本篇主要針對阻力訓練對於老年人各項生理效應的影響進行討論,阻力訓練可使老年人享受銀髮族生活,無虞地邁入高齡化社會。
