This study aims to explore the influence of educational policies on university physical education curriculum. Base on Bernstein's knowledge and knowledge reproduce theory, using literature analysis method, collecting laws, regulations, and policy white papers related to university physical education, referring to the model of policy implementation and the field of knowledge production and reproduction, this study applied three fields which include policy discourse, policy recontextualizing and policy implementation to analyze educational policies and their practice. From the social perspective, this study explored the influence of educational policy on university physical education curriculum. The research findings suggest that the discourse of physical education in University was insufficient. In addition to the compulsory time of physical education in universities, t he discourse of university physical education and the spirit of National Sports Act should be enhanced. As a reference for policy making, the knowledge content and transmission method of university physical education curriculum need further studies.
