臺灣高中籃球選手養成教育-以HBL高中籃球甲級聯賽男性球員為例

摘要


緒論:基層籃球選手的教育培訓,需要體育以外專業知識與能力的培養、運動科研的整體投入、良好的競賽規劃與健康維護、以及籃球選手退役後的職涯輔導。目的:探討台灣HBL甲級高中籃球聯賽之學生選手在面臨運動員與學生這個雙重身分之下,對其在學期間的學業、訓練以及生涯發展規劃要如何去調整。方法:本研究旨在瞭解臺灣高中籃球選手養成教育的現況,研究以108學年度高中籃球甲級資格賽男子組的參賽學校為主要對象,再按照學校縣市分佈比例,選取13所,有效問卷共306份。透過單因子變異數分析及典型相關、迴歸分析進行統計分析(α= .05)與討論。結果:1.臺灣高中籃球選手在「教練」上認同度較高。2.在「教練」之現況平均得分為4.25,標準差為.626,整體上屬偏高。3.就讀學校別、就讀年級、就讀班級三個背景變項在「學校」上達到顯著差異,球齡背景變項在「教練」、「選手」上達顯著差異。4.「學校」、「教練」、「選手」三個量表間呈現顯著正相關。5.透過迴歸分析發現「學校」、「教練」、「選手」互相有顯著的正向預測力。結論:1.高中籃球選手顯著的認知到教練並不只是學業上,也會教導學生選手其做人處事和態度的重要性。2.就讀私立學校的選手顯著的認為自己學校對高中籃球選手養成教育的付出上較多。3.高中籃球選手顯著的認為球齡高者較球齡低者,在球技的表現與各方面條件的發揮,是較能展現出自信的態度,同時在比賽中也有信心的能將自己的實力發揮出來。4.高中籃球選手顯著的認同家長教育水準較高的會比較在意學生課業的輔導,且認真看待學生課業。

Introductions: The education of basic basketball players needs professional knowledge and ability other than athletic development. Furthermore, overall investment of sports research, good game planning and health care as well as the career tutoring after basketball players' graduation are also required. Purpose: this study discussed Under the dual status of athletes and students, the students of Taiwan HBL Grade A High School Basketball League will adjust their academic, training and career development plans during their studies. Method: The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of high school basketball players' education. Students recruited from schools had joined in the men's group of the high school basketball first-class qualifier games in the 108th academic year. According to the distribution of schools in different cities, 13 schools were selected and 306 valid questionnaires were completed. One-way analysis of variance was used for further investigation and discussion (α = .05). Result: 1. Taiwanese high school basketball players have a higher sense of "coaching". 2. The average score of the current status of "Coach" is 4.25, and the standard deviation is .626, Overall high. 3. The three background variables of school type, grade, and class have significant differences in "school", and the background age variables have significant differences in "coach" and "player". 4. The three scales "school", "coach" and "player" showed significant positive correlations. 5. Through regression analysis, it was found that "school", "coach" and "player" had significant positive predictive powers. Conclusion: 1. High school basketball players recognize the significant importance of their coaches in their education, not only academically but also in behaviors. 2. Players in private schools are significantly aware that their schools pay more efforts in their education more than public schools do. 3. High school players practicing longer years (>8 years) are more confident and more skillful to perform better in games than players practicing less years. 4. High school basketball players recognize that parents with higher education care more about students' academic performance and take students' works more seriously.
