創作性戲劇對高齡者之影響研究─以安招社區老人日托劇團為例

The Effect of Creative Drama on Elderly Adults of Elderly Theatre in An-Chau Community Day Care

摘要


本文以創作性戲劇操作模式進行社區服務工作。老人日托劇團考量參與者學習效益,培訓課程打破以往聽講式的課程設計,而由參與的學員透過社區劇團的組成,以實作、演練、綵排、邊做邊學,在社區公演,學習、經歷生命統整。扭轉日托中心老化刻板印象,塑造健康高齡樂活新主張。營造家庭與社區關係,使家人關係更親密。社區工作者扮演中介者角色,成功地將創作性戲劇專業融入社區中。實務操作中發現「老人日托劇團」遇到的問題以及可能具體解決方法為1.害怕演戲的魔咒2.缺乏戲劇經驗3.選角色的問題4.高齡者劇本考量5.高齡者記性問題6.高齡者走位問題。由此研究中得知「老人日托劇團」對參與學員增能的影響有1.獨立自主─參與演出對話及服飾;2.自我管理─接受艱難的挑戰;3.心理增能─因熟悉安全的環境,釋放對戲劇恐懼的壓力;4.自我實現─發現自己的第二專長及增加親人對話機制。本研究建議未來倘若有戲可演,可以讓每一個人都有角色扮演的機會。未來可以結合老人日托、產業文化再加入高齡者的生命故事劇本,以戲劇三部曲方式呈現、演出。

The creative drama operation model is used to conduct the community practical work. Because the elder day care theatre should consider the elder people learning benefit, the listening and speaking instruction design curricula is replaced by practicing, training, learning and practicing, performing in community, and learning and life experience integration. The healthy and happy new life for elder is presented for the elder day care, and it can improve the relationship between the family and community, and the close relationship between family members. The community worker is as a media, and he put the creative drama into community successfully. By practical operation, there are several problems in the practical operation for elder day care drama, and they include withdrawal behavior for action, no drama experience, the selection for performance role, the script for elder, memory problem and elder positioning. The influence to elder adult by participating drama includes the following; independence by performing and costume, management by accepting challenge, psychology empower by knowing the environment, self-fulfillment by adding the second skill. The recommendations from this study are the opportunity for each elder adult in the drama, combination elder with day care and industrial cultural to form life story script, and the use of drama to present the local civilization.
