蘋果電腦公司創新的擴展智慧型行動載具的應用,隨時隨地下載各式App,行動網路商業模式更加的創新發展,促使大家重視電子商務的升級;以行動智慧裝置為概念的商務模式,是否會帶動各企業在行動商務發展機會的投入?如此的發展在學術界對於培育相關之人才是否能夠接軌呢?本研究以此問題出發,並以電子商務的發展模式為參考背景,探討大學在行動商務課程的開課及規劃情形,希望能藉此研究看出端倪。本研究的方法是內容分析法,共收集台灣的大學(包含一般大學和技職院校)133所的課程資料,針對2008年和2013年資訊管理系中行動商務的課程進行比較。研究的結果發現,技術類的課程被大學開設的比重較高,尤其是技職院校的情況,很明顯的就是以技術課程為主,普通大學兩者兼併發展。行動商務在2008年僅是概念性的發展,相關的課程僅有6類,共25門課,其中9門是行動商務基礎課程,以及6門基礎技術應用,而在2013年,開設的課程已經有89門課,涵蓋20類課程。吳傳春和李長群在2013年針對電子商務課程的研究中指出,企業對於電子商務的人才著重在技術的人力需求;而本研究的課程開設情況亦與此情況相同,研究的結果呈現,大學目前針對行動商務的課程以技術課程為主,或許未來在行動商務的發展中,企業對技術人才的需求也會持續增加,大學院校若有意朝行動商務人力培育,可以持續增加技術能力培育的課程,以因應外來發展。
According to a survey by Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs of the survey data, e-commerce in the U.S., China, Japan, is still under constant development. Each country will place resources on the development of electronic commerce in order to maintain and increase their competitiveness in market. From with the development of electronic commerce innovation 10 years ago, the general web (Web1.0) era, to the popular personal blog, blogs (Web2.0), now Facebook is leading to the development of virtual communities, and even to the mobile smart devices. It is expected to see a gradual rise in mobile commerce. Apple's innovative extended the application of smart mobile carrier to download all kinds of App anywhere and anytime. A business model of mobile network brings more innovation and development to upgrade e-commerce. Does the concept of mobile smart devices on the business model lead to all enterprises in the development of mobile commerce and opportunities for investment or not? Does such development overrun the speed of nurturing talents in academia? This study investigates the university's course design and planning in order to find out the answer. Through the content analysis, the data of courses offered at the Department of Information Management in Mobile Commerce in 133 Taiwanese universities, including general universities and vocational colleges, were collected from 1998 and 2013. By comparison, the results showed that, more technological courses are offered by the universities, especially technological and vocational colleges. It is clear that the technological and vocational colleges mainly offer technical courses. Mobile Commerce is still a concept in 2008. There were 25 courses in 6 categories of development of mobile commerce courses of them 9 courses were basic courses, as well as 6 application courses. In 2013, 89 courses have been developed in 20 categories. Enterprises are gradually focusing on human resources, especially the technical manpower. In the future, universities may provide more technical courses meeting the mobile commerce needs.
