禪陀羅表達性藝術治療團體在日間病房的療效

本研究設計旨在探討禪陀羅表達性藝術治療團體在精神科日間照護病房的應用，透過職能治療師的引導。嘗試在整個團體運行時加入職能治療的模式觀點，從個案的資料收集到目標擬定，及團體運行時以職能治療模式運作禪陀羅團體，嘗試帶給個案不一樣的治療。本研究的研究方法嘗試結合量性研究（人類職能模式評估的資料分析）及質性研究（河川模式的問答與療程個案回饋的討論分析），目的是希望過禪陀羅表達性藝術治療團體，來協助精神科日間病房個案能藉由作品與家人進行初步的互動，以期達到改善精神科日間病房個案與家人相處困難的問題。結果唯有部分的個案是有呈現改善，但進步幅度不大，如以開啟初步的互動來看，此團體對於個案是有幫助的。

The research was designed to investigate the application of Zandala® expressive art therapy groups in psychiatric day care wards to add functional treatment to the entire group when it comes to the mode of treatment. From the collection of data to the development of the target, and to the operation of the group in the mode of functional treatment, Zandala® groups bring different treatments to the individual cases. The research method of this study attempts to combine qualitative research (data analysis of assessment of the model of human occupation) and qualitative research (discussion of the KAWA model and discussion of case feedback of treatment course) in order to hope that the Zendala® expressive art therapy community, To assist psychiatric day wards in their initial interactions with their families through works, with a view to meeting the difficulties of improving psychiatric day wards and their families. As a result, only some of the cases have shown improvements, but the progress has been modest. If we look at the initial interaction, this group is helpful for the case.
