论影响幼儿园师幼关系的因素

Research on the Factors Affecting the Teacher-Child Relations in Kindergartens

摘要


为了研究幼儿园存在的师幼关系类型和影响幼儿园师幼关系的因素,本研究制定了由张晓并修定的《师幼关系量表》为蓝本的的调查问卷,随机抽取江西省的幼儿园在职教师为调查对象,共回收问卷222份。研究结果发现师幼关系可以概括为三种类型:亲密型、冲突型、依赖型。影响师幼关系的因素主要有:教师性别、教师年龄、教师工龄、教师最高学历、教师任教年级、班级幼儿人数。

The purpose of this study to explore the types of teacher-child relationship in kindergartens and the factors affecting kindergarten teacher-child relationship, using Student-Teacher Relationship Scale revised by Zhang Xiao .Randomly selected kindergarten in-service teachers in two provinces participated in and a total of 222 valid questionnaires were collected. The result found that the teacher-child relationship can be summarized into three types: intimate, conflicting, and dependent. The main factors affecting the relationship between teachers and children are: teacher gender, teacher age, teacher service age, teacher highest education, teacher teaching grade and class children number.
