摘要


在文化概念上,管理學和人類學已有所相容,但由於研究目標的差異,二者對組織文化的內涵仍有不同的理解。故追溯人類學和管理學同樣認同的現代組織文化的早期研究過程是有意義的。論文對人類學在工業中的應用做了歷史的縱向分析,從18世紀英國工業革命後工廠制度的產生,到21世紀的綠色製造,包括把人看作機器的附屬;泰勒的經濟人假設;「霍桑實驗」中的社會人假設、非正式組織的發現、員工士氣和新型領導關係;「需要層次理論」等行為科學的應用;以尊重人為主要內容的人本管理;員工授權、工作的豐富化和團隊工作特徵。以及關注人與自然相協調的綠色供應鏈管理,諸如綠色原材料、綠色設計、綠色採購、綠色製造、綠色行銷和綠色消費。最後,以雲南回族工業企業為例,對人類學在工業中的應用做了實證分析,以說明人類學與管理學的相互交融。

There is a relationship between ethnic culture and organizational culture, so there is an interaction between management and anthropology. However, they have different understanding about culture, it dues to the cause of difference of research objective. The paper discusses historical development of industry anthropology, which was from the job shop of industry revolution of 18th century to green manufacturing of 21th century in origin, it covers as follows: the workers affiliated to the machine; Taylor's economic person assume; Hawthorne Experiments's social person argue, informal organization, employee's spirit, newly leading relationship; behavior science, such as Maslow's theory of need hierarchy; person-focus's management for respect person; job's empowerment, job enrichment, team work's characters; and the green supply chain management of the harmony between human and nature, such as: green materials, green design, green procurement, green manufacture, green marketing and green consume. The last, the thesis gives an example of factories of Hui People, which could explain the interaction between anthropology and management.
