新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情流行之際,衝擊著原有的生活形態,更衍生許多壓力調適及心理困擾問題。過去研究顯示提供適當的心理衛生教育,能有效預防大眾心理疾患風險,線上平台「桃療防疫安心小站」因應而生,以增加民眾心理健康概念及安適度。選用廣被各年齡層喜好的臉書作為資料傳播媒介,隨著疫情的變動和政策走向,小站內容涵蓋14天生活安排、情緒和壓力因應技巧、防疫心生活運動等。成立半年以來已有852位追蹤者,最高文章觸及率之文章達82,200人數,調查結果顯示民眾對小站內容的滿意高,認為內容具高實用性、具安心及放鬆效果,提供正向的心理衛教資源可降低壓力並增加正向感受。然目前全球疫情仍嚴峻,民眾對於疫情的擔憂程度仍偏高,故新冠肺炎所帶來的後續心理影響值得重視,未來仍須持續投入心理衛教相關資源。
The Coronavirus Disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic not only changes our lifestyle but also causes profound psychological distress. Previous studies showed that sufficient psychological education could efficiently decrease the prevalence of mental diseases. The online platform" Mental Health Website of Taoyuan Psychiatric Center" was established on Facebook to increase public mental health and calmness. This platform has provided useful information such as quarantine life arrangement manuals, stress coping skills and Post-COVID life style arrangement, which would be updated with epidemic trend and government policies. The platform has been established for nearly six months and had 852 followers, with the highest article reach rate reached 82,200. Survey results revealed that people were highly satisfied with our information and believed the contents were highly practical, reassuring, and relaxing. The results also showed people agreed that positive psychological education could reduce stress and increase positive emotions. However, due to the global epidemic is still severe, and the public concern about the epidemic is still high. It's worth to give attention about subsequent psychological influences and continue to invest in psychological education to the public.
