摘要

本研究目的探討屏東縣中高齡者休閒活動參與動機對生活適應的因果模式。研究方法以SPSS12.0進行敘述性統計分析Amos20.0進行結構方程模式分析，以便利抽樣抽取有效樣本380分。研究結果顯示屏東縣中高齡者休閒活動參與動機對生活適應達顯著影響(路徑係數=0.55*)，且模式具有良好信效度與模型適配度。根據研究結果提出三點建議來提升中高齡休閒動機，希冀能透過提升中高齡休閒動機改善生活適應並提供後續研究者參考。

The purpose of this study was to discuss the causal model between participation motivation of leisure activities and living accommodation for the middle-aged and aged in Pingtung County. The researcher adopted the method of Narrative Statistic Analysis by SPSS12.0 as well as Structural Equation Model Analysis by Amos20.0, and extracted 380 valid samples by convenience sampling. The research results showed that participation motivation of leisure activities for the middle-aged and aged in Pingtung County had significant influence on their living accommodation (path coefficient = 0.55*), and the model was of good reliability and validity as well as model fitness. Based on the results, three suggestions were put forward to promote participation motivation of leisure activities for the middle-aged and aged. It is hoped that the middle-aged and aged can improve the living accommodation through promoting their participation motivation, and this study can provide reference for the follow-up researchers.
