現代人在高壓的社會壓力下,肥胖、肩頸痠痛、憂鬱等生心理文明病的流行已是屢見不鮮,這樣的情形帶動健身產業的興起。健身產業裡又有許多類型,經營模式、目標客群也相去甚遠。其中民營健身工作室是如何以較小規模及資源,得到一般民眾的認同,進而創造收益。同時在經營上又有哪些困難需要克服,並提供分析建議作為往後發展策略,為本文研究重點所在。藉由文獻分析,釐清不同健身產業類型的定義及回顧相關研究,以了解健身俱樂部、國民運動中心及民營工作室的差異作為分析基礎。屏東市健身產業主要由World Gym、健身工廠及其他民營工作室所組成,彼此競爭相當激烈。透過三者發展概況以及民營工作室五力分析,總結出民營工作室現況及未來發展可能遇到的問題或阻礙,最後依據結論提出應對策略建議,茲提出建議有:一、加強教練本身專業能力;二、傳遞正確健身概念;三、提升自身能見度。希望本文的研究分析及建議,能夠助民營健身工作室的經營發展一臂之力。
Nowadays, a lot of people are suffering from psychological and physiological diseases like obesity, shoulder and neck pain and depression under the high social pressure, which drives the rise of the fitness industry. There are many different types of fitness industry, with different business models and different target groups. Among them, how do private fitness studios get the recognition of the general public with smaller operation scale and less resources, so as to create revenue? At the same time, what difficulties do we need to overcome in operation, and what analysis and suggestions can we provide as future development strategies, are the focus of this paper. Through analysis from literature, the definition of different types of fitness industry is clarified and relevant studies are reviewed to understand the differences between fitness clubs, national sports centers and private studios. The fitness industry in Pingtung city is mainly composed of World Gym, Fitness Factory and other private studios, which compete fiercely with each other. Through the development overview of the three and the comprehensive analysis of private studios, this paper summarizes the current situation and possible problems or obstacles in the future development of private studios, and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions according to the conclusion. The suggestions are as follows: 1. strengthen the professional competence of coaches; 2. pass on the correct concept of fitness; 3. improve self visibility.I hope the research, analysis and suggestions of this paper can give the private fitness studios a leg up in operation and development.
