COVID-19疫情下心理工作者危機介入訓練課程成效之研究

A Study on the Effectiveness of Crisis Intervention Training Programs for Psychological Professionals under the COVID-19 Epidemic

摘要


本研究主要目的在探究心理工作者在COVID-19疫情下,接受危機介入與危機處理之訓練課程後,相關危機因應與處理能力是否具有訓練成效,因CIVID-19疫情使整體民眾在心理健康上受到極大衝擊,造成心理疾患的比例增加,憂鬱與孤寂感的民眾比例也有所提升,對於第一線的心理工作的心理師與社工師而言,也產生不小壓力與負擔。本研究期望透過訓練課程的提供與研究,了解心理師與社工師在訓練上的成效與幫助,進一步提升心理師與社工師在面對危機個案時的能力。本研究以諮商心理師、臨床心理師及社會工作師為研究對象,並提供危機系列課程,共計45小時的訓練課程。課程前後進行問卷施測,本研究採用「心理師能力評量表」中的「介入能力分量表」與「多軸向自我傷害危機處理能力評量表」為前、後測量表,共計有49位研究參與者。研究結果顯示,全體研究參與者在「介入能力」與「介入能力總量表」達顯著;「多軸向自我傷害危機處理能力」在「危機評估與脈絡探詢」、「情緒支持與處理」、「資源連結與系統諮詢」與「多軸向自我傷害危機處理能力總量表」達顯著;顯示本研究之危機系列課程能提升心理師與社工師的介入能力,在面對危機個案,可深入了解危機形成的脈絡、幫助案主整理內在狀態與情緒、提供相關資源給予協助。最後根據本研究結果提出對於危機介入因應之相關建議與未來實務工作持續研究方向。

This study examined the effectiveness of the training programs provided to psychologists and social workers during the coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic concerning crisis intervention and crisis management. The pandemic, which has led to an increase in the number of individuals experiencing mental issues and a rise in feelings of loneliness and depression among individuals, has significantly impacted the mental health of the population due to the outbreak. It also places considerable pressure and burden on psychologists and social workers who serve on the front lines. By providing training programs and conducting research, this study aims to assess the effectiveness and usefulness of training for psychologists and social workers and improve the competence of crisis professionals in handling crises. A total of 45 hours of training courses were conducted by professors from domestic universities with relevant departments and senior practitioners from the industry. The pre-and post-test measures used are the 'Intervention Competency' subscale of the 'Psychologist Competency Rating Scale' and the 'Multi-dimensional Self-injury Crisis Intervention Competencies Scale.' According to the study results, all participants scored significantly on the Intervention Competency. On the Multi-dimensional Self-injury Crisis Intervention Competencies Scale, the Crisis assessment and Context inquiry, Crisis assessment and context inquiry, Emotional support, and Resource linkage and systematic consultation subscales are scored significantly. This study has demonstrated that crisis courses can enhance the intervention skills of psychologists and social workers, enabling them to understand the context of a crisis better. Professionals can also assist clients in being aware of their internal states and emotions, and provide them with appropriate resources for assistance.
