應用田口方法分析製程最佳化之研究

Research using Field Mouth Method analysis System Regulation Optimization

摘要


企業在積極追求產品創新及製造技術精進之外,對產品品質的提昇更是其與顧客二者所關心的問題。而品質的改善不僅單靠線上的產品檢驗,而頇要在產品設計的階段尌考慮進去。主要尌是著重在新產品開發的初期尌將品質設計進去,此舉可避免完全依靠製程後期的產品品管管制來提昇品質,並可同時減少品質成本的損失。田口方法以有效率的詴驗規劃,探討紙機製程條件的最適化,以提供現場製程調整之方向,期能達到降低成本、提昇品質、提高企業競爭力。
