銀髮族休閒參與興趣、影響因素與目的之初探─以高雄市銀髮族為例

摘要

本研究以問卷調查565位高雄市65歲以上銀髮族，探討高齡者休閒參與興趣，及影響其參與休閒活動之因素與目的。研究結果顯示，高雄市銀髮族最感興趣的休閒活動以運動健身類型為主，排名前兩名為散步與慢跑；個人嗜好的部分，以益智型娛樂活動又兼具社交性質的打牌、下棋最受歡迎。其次，在考量是否參與休閒活動時，影響其最多的因素為「活動成員中是否有已經認識的親朋好友」，及「活動地點離家距離的遠近」。最後，在參與休閒活動之目的得分依序為「感到開心」與「保持健康」。因此，以社區為辦理休閒活動之單位，連結街頭巷尾之好友，縮短活動地點離家之距離，辦理兼具娛樂性質與活動筋骨的運動項目，將符合銀髮族參與休閒活動時之期待。

This study was aimed to survey 565 Kaohsiung City seniors over the age of 65, discussion of the seniors' leisure participation interest, and factors affecting their participation in leisure activities and purpose. The results have shown that seniors of Kaohsiung City are most interested in the leisure activity is exercising; the top two are walking and jogging. For personal hobby, the most popular one is the educational type of card and chess activities that with the socially nature. Then, for consider whether to participate in leisure activities, the most affective reason ＂whether the active members have someone who is the relatives or friends,＂ and ＂whether the activity is close to the home.＂ Finally, in the purpose of leisure participation's order of the scoring are ＂happiness＂ and ＂stay healthy＂. Therefore, the leisure activities are united by the community, connecting the people in the community and shorten the distance between home and the activity; and conduct with both entertainment and sports exercise events which would conform to the seniors' expectations to participate in leisure activities
