本研究欲探討不同坐墊高度對騎乘效率之影響。以立意取樣選取7名鐵人三項選手做為研究對象。受試者依照節奏及規範姿勢於腳踏車上進行30秒踩踏,以肌電圖蒐集下肢肌群活化情形,經過資料處理獲得積分肌電(IEMG)及踩踏效率,統計分析以重複量數單因子變異數分析檢定五種不同坐墊高度在積分肌電的差異情形。顯著水準定為α=.05。研究結果為:(1)不同坐墊高度之下肢肌群總積分肌電達顯著差異。(2)不同坐墊高度之下肢各肌群肌電達顯著差異。(3)不同坐墊高度之騎乘效率最佳為坐墊高度S-2,但過低的坐墊高度有髕骨股骨症候群的可能性,因此建議民眾可以依照個人騎乘感受,將坐墊高度調低一至兩公分。
The purpose of this study is to find the best ride efficiency in different cushion's heights. This study took seven triathlons player (Male, age: 20±2.77 years), and used electromyography to measure the four-part muscle activation of lower limbs. The result showed that different cushion heights resulted in significant difference in total muscle activation. The best riding efficiency in the resulted from cushion height was S-2. We conclude that cushion height decreased by one or two cm results in a better cycling experience.
