從「愛利安民」、「貴公去私」及「不偃義兵」尋繹《呂氏春秋》的墨家思想與精神

摘要

《呂氏春秋》為呂不韋召集門下客集體編撰而成，其目的乃為因應秦一統天下的時代氛圍，作為治國思想的理論依據。漢人班固謂其內容「兼儒墨，合名法」，可見其薈萃諸子百家學說的特質。前人多有辯議《呂氏春秋》主體思想者，或云儒，或曰墨，或謂道等等。究其實，呂氏乃在追求「王治」的前提下，以優勢互補的立場融攝諸子百家思想於一爐。今本文專從《呂氏春秋》「愛利安民」、「貴公去私」及「不偃義兵」等理念，尋繹其汲取、轉化自墨家思想與精神的痕跡。

”The Annals of Lu Buwei” was a compilation of his quests' works. Its goal is to provide, in accordance with Qin unification a governing guiding principle. Ban Gu from the Han Dynasty thought that its content is ”Confucianist and Mohist, convergence expert and Legalist thoughts”, thus it gathers various schools of thought theory characteristics. Previous studies regarding ”The Annals of Lu Buwei” are conflicted. Lu's pursuit, in essence, is to unify the many schools of thought and philosophy under the premise of unification. This article explores the three themes of ”care for the people”, ”Fairness and Selflessness”, and ”retaining loyal troops” as an inspiration and source of Mohist thought.
