探討中醫芳香療法的理論基礎

目的：本文對中醫通過中醫古籍文獻梳理，瞭解中醫芳香療法發展之軌跡，了解中醫芳香療法在歷代中醫的防病、治病和養生保健方面發揮了重要作用，本研究並結合現代芳香療法研究，對中醫芳香療法思維與應用內容進行初步整理。方法：本研究運用文件分析法(Document Analysis)，透過文獻的蒐集、分析、歸納、研究來提取資料，並對文獻作出客觀而有系統的描述。結果：中醫芳香療法基本理論和基本知識應立足於中醫基礎的共同理論。結論：中醫學、針灸與中醫芳香療法相結合，並推廣形成支持性健康環境，進而達到改善健康狀況的目標，是具有強的操作性和實用價值。

Objective: This study examined the development of aromatherapy in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) via ancient TCM texts and found that TCM aromatherapy played a significant role in the prevention and curing of illnesses and everyday healthcare. We also included modern aromatherapy research to perform a preliminary sorting of the thinking and applications of TCM aromatherapy. Methods: This study employed document analysis, extracting data by collecting, analyzing, generalizing, and studying literature and then making objective and systematic descriptions of the literature. Results: The basic theories and knowledge of TCM aromatherapy should be founded on the common theories in TCM. Conclusion: Combining TCM, acupuncture, and aromatherapy and promoting the establishment of supportive health environments help work towards the goal of improving health and have enormous operational and practical value.
