探討骨質疏鬆症的中醫學療效研究

摘要

骨鬆症使用加味二仙膠治療效果研究發現如下：1.若每日服用10g之加味二仙膠，無因食用過量的鈣而引起結石之慮。2.顯現本方對BMD的改善作用，並不僅在於鈣質的供給，當有更深層的意義。3.本次研究發現多數案例在整個治療過程中前三個月BND質先下降之後第九個月及十二個月再回升，13例中有9例下降，另2例微下降，一共11例，故先下降後上升之比例佔總數84.6%。4.由BMD質檢查結果發現大部分患者初服藥的早期，先看到指數稍下降再回升，可能藥物先活化人體破骨細胞的功能後來清除老化細胞，再活化成骨細胞來修復骨密度之功效。由整個組成及其原方的意義，不僅在於調補老人虛損，更有抗衰老的含義，而骨質疏鬆正是一種老化的現象，在臨床上給予長達一年的服用，並未有不良的反應。以現代科技方式的製劑，能達到新鮮、且經濟的效果；若在服用時加入少許的牛乳及冰糖調味，可使味道更醇美，讓一般人的接受度提高。本研究採取現代醫學骨密度檢查方法及傳統中醫處方中找到防治骨質疏鬆症的治療良方對未來老齡化社會做出長遠的貢獻儘一己之力，為大眾帶來健康幸福快樂的生活，乃吾輩行醫濟世的的願望與實現夢想的機會！

The research results of the relationship between Jiawei Erxian Gum and osteoporosis are as follows: 1. The meaning of the whole composition and its original formula is not only to replenish the depletion of the elderly, but also has the meaning of anti-aging. Osteoporosis is a phenomenon of aging. It has been given clinically for up to one year without any bad Reaction. The preparations with modern technology can achieve fresh and economical effects; if a little milk and rock sugar are added to taste when taking, it will make the taste more mellow and increase the acceptance of ordinary people. This study adopts modern medical bone density examination methods and traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of osteoporosis to make a long-term contribution to the future aging society, and to do their best to bring a healthy and happy life to the public.
