從腸道發炎反應到腦細胞退化疾病機轉討論中醫治療巴金森氏症的理論及其方法

摘要


從腸腦神經軸(gut-brain axis, GBA)觀念確立後,神經系統的觀念從中樞、周邊神經系統延伸到腸胃系統,不單單是自主神經系統,交感神經與副交感神經,還包括多重的神經節釋放神經內分泌傳導物質,例如多巴胺與血清素、腎上腺素等。血清素和憂鬱症有關,多巴胺和黑質退化疾病有關,例如巴金森氏症(Parkinson disease)。但是,是什麼原因導致大腦黑質細胞萎縮?腸道系統的狀況和大腦間的退化作用有何種聯繫?腦細胞實質性的退化,在目前,現代醫學沒有辦法治癒而只能症狀控制。中醫另有一套具體可行的治療方法,例舉李政育醫師治療從腸道感染到實質性腦萎縮的巴金森氏症,其治療思路與方法。

After the establishment of the concept of gut-brain axis (GBA), the concept of the nervous system extends from the central and peripheral nervous system to the gastrointestinal system, not only the autonomic nervous system, sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves, but also Multiple ganglia release neuroendocrine transmitters, such as dopamine, serotonin, and adrenaline.
