摘要

大腸直腸癌為起源於大腸黏膜上皮之惡性腫瘤，常由良性腺瘤性息肉經多個基因突變形成，飲食、遺傳、疾病如潰瘍性大腸炎、大腸腺瘤性息肉等為致病危險因子，常見症狀包括血便，黏液膿血便，大便形狀或習慣改變，腹痛，腹部腫塊等，除了局部症狀外，可能經血行或淋巴轉移至其他器官，造成全身症狀。藉由大便潛血檢查可初步篩檢，確立診斷的黃金標準則是切片的病理組織檢驗。中醫在大腸直腸癌治療方面，除了可以直接針對腫瘤做治療外，對經歷手術、放化療而出現手術併發症或放射性腸炎的患者，也能改善後遺症狀及提升生活品質。

Colorectal cancer is a malignant tumor originating from the epithelium of the colorectal mucosa. It is often formed by benign adenomatous polyps through multiple gene mutations. Diet, heredity, and diseases such as ulcerative colitis and colorectal adenomatous polyps are risk factors. Symptoms include bloody stools, mucus pus and bloody stools, changes in stool shape or habit, abdominal pain, abdominal mass, etc. In addition to local symptoms, it may be transferred to other organs through blood or lymph, resulting in systemic symptoms. Preliminary screening can be performed by fecal occult blood examination, and the gold standard for establishing the diagnosis is histopathological examination of biopsy. In the treatment of colorectal cancer, TCM can not only directly treat the tumor, but also improve the sequelae symptoms and improve the quality of life for patients who have undergone surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy and have surgical complications or radiation enteritis.
