由於醫療系統的改變,醫病關係日益複雜,醫病溝通教學是醫學教育不可或缺的一個環節。但是多數醫病溝通的教學著重於如何照顧病人,同理病人的心情,卻鮮有教導醫學生照顧自己的需要,和要求病人執行醫囑的技巧。因此本研究希望從善意溝通的角度,教導醫學生可以同時照顧自己和病人的需要。本研究運用行動研究法,透過不斷反思、測試與修正,以找到最適合醫學生的善意溝通教學方法。研究資料透過學生和老師上課的觀察和學習心得、老師們課後檢討和學生期末回饋來分析。結果發現學生喜歡透過討論和分享的方式來學習醫病溝通,老師和助教的示範也很有助益。大多數學生覺得善意溝通的內容有助於改善他們的人際溝通策略和醫病關係。
The doctor-patient relationships are getting more and more complicated due to the shift of medical systems. Therefore, the teaching of doctor-patient communications is indispensable. However, most of the teaching has focused on the caring and empathy on patients' side, the doctors' self-care is missed. The purpose of this study was to teach medical students the strategies for taking care of themselves and the patients based on the concept of Compassionate Communication. Action research method was used by observing and analyzing the class interactions. The results found that students have enjoyed group discussions and modeling from the instructors. Most of the students agreed that the strategies of Compassionate Communication have helped them to improve their interpersonal relationships and communications with patients.
