資訊科技時代,改變了人類的生活,也使人類的生活便利許多,但人類對於科技的印象又包含了環境汙染和人體傷害,Sony所推出最新的PS4體感式電玩和任天堂所推出的Wii,除強化遊戲的趣味性外,更增加了人際互動與強化體感遊戲。本文蒐集與歸納相關文獻發現,如果體感式電玩運用得當,對人的生理而言,可增加心跳速度、肺活量、脂肪消耗、手眼協調等;另一部分對於體育教學而言,因為體感式遊戲不需考慮地點、天氣、運動夥伴或器材等因素,在家中即可進行,又具備樂趣、吸引性和方便性,對於一般人民和身心障礙者在參加運動之意願有明顯提升,對於冷門或不易推廣的運動也是入門的好介面。研究者認為,體感式遊戲的出現雖在人類健康和體育教學有所幫助,但特別須注意使用體感式遊戲的時間,不宜過久,避免造成眼睛傷害和身體的負擔。
The objective of the study is to discuss the somatosensory-style gaming in both brand of Sony and PS4. It collected and Summarized the literature, and found that somatosensory-style video games used properly, it is good to human body including the Increasing heart rate, vital capacity, fat consumption and Hand-eye coordination, etc. In the area of Physical Education it also found the somatosensory-style gaming have some good reasons to use in teaching including without considering the location, weather and sports equipment, etc. By the way, it also has some different reasons to use it including using inside the room, feeling interesting, having an attractive and convenience. Finally, the researcher believe that somatosensory gaming though helpful in human health and Physical Education, but it should be noted that the using of somatosensory-style games time should be not too long, have to avoid eye injury and the burden of the body.
