摘要

本研究之重點乃以既有知識管理學的學理基礎，同步運用流程管理學中的工作分解結構與圖書館學中的醫學專業分類原則有效進行『睡眠呼吸中止症醫療診斷知識萃取』的研究，並透過國際睡眠科學暨科技協會總會理事長、台灣睡眠醫學專家江秉穎醫師的實地訪談及其他四位睡眠醫學專家的研究成果驗證完成以下二項研究議題：1.透過本研究建構之「內隱知識萃取步驟」，完成資深睡眠醫學專家睡眠呼吸中止症醫療診斷知識之萃取。2.完整呈現睡眠呼吸中止症醫療診斷過程與所需知識。

This research aimed to extract medical diagnostic knowledge about sleep apnea by applying theories from process control management, library science, and knowledge management. We interviewed the President of the International Sleep Science Technology Association (ISSTA), a medical doctor, on the subject of sleep apnea, and validated the research findings with four other sleep apnea experts to achieve the following: 1. A formal knowledge extraction procedure was established for sleep apnea. 2. All medical knowledge pertaining to sleep apnea was mapped out.
