Due to the concept of "trend of economic globalization", more and more Taiwan enterprises seek to invest and set up manufactories in China. The quality of talent will be the biggest challenge for the future. However, the performance of expatriates may be affected by oversea adaptation. The purpose of this research is to study the effect of expatriates' adaptation on job performance in Chain. This study adopted a questionnaire survey approach and the research subjects were 162 expatriates recruiting from different industry. Several statistical procedures were employed in data analyses, including descriptive statistics, One-way ANOVA, and regression analysis. The main results of this thesis as follows: 1. Gender has a significant difference on job performance. 2. Age has a significant difference on job performance. 3. Education level has no significant difference on job performance. 4. The job adaptation has influence on job performance. 5. The daily adaptation has influence on job performance. 6. The interaction adaptation has no influence on job performance.
