The purpose of this paper is to examine the department store customer image. A convenient sampling of 679 consumers existing selected department store customer was approached with the questionnaires. The data was analyzed by using SPSS 26.0. The main results of this study were as followings: 1. From the factor analysis, there were four main factors of department store customer, including" hardness"," commodity"," convenience"," service". 2. Consumers emphasize the convenience of transportation near department stores.
