消費者對百貨公司意象之研究

The Study on the Image of Customers in Department Store

摘要


本文主要目的是探討百貨公司顧客意象,本研究之地點在於台中台灣大道上百貨公司,抽樣對象爲在百貨公司的消費者,並透過便利抽樣方法來發放問卷,有效問卷爲679份。統計分析方法以SPSS 26.0作爲樣本統計分析工具,包括敍述性統計、因素分析。本研究實證結果如下:1.商店意象之因素分析結果可分爲四個因素構面:「硬體性」、「商品性」、「便利性」、「服務性」。2.消費者比較注重百貨公司附近交通便利性。

The purpose of this paper is to examine the department store customer image. A convenient sampling of 679 consumers existing selected department store customer was approached with the questionnaires. The data was analyzed by using SPSS 26.0. The main results of this study were as followings: 1. From the factor analysis, there were four main factors of department store customer, including" hardness"," commodity"," convenience"," service". 2. Consumers emphasize the convenience of transportation near department stores.
