Up to 261 questionnaire responses were valid and AMOS 17.0 was employed to analyze the collected data. Confirmatory factor analysis was first conducted, and then, the relations between variables in the model were studied. The findings indicated that, for college students who play in-line hockey, the level of leisure involvement in the sport was positively correlated to the benefit of serious leisure. Besides that, the model of this research meets the standard for goodness-of-fit after modifications. A few suggestions were also proposed as a reference for future studies on relevant subjects.
