This study explored the relationships among hospitality employee assistance programs, organizational commitment, and general health. The research also focused on the mediating effect of job satisfaction. Data were collected at two time periods from 244 participants, separated by two weeks interval, to avoid common method variance. The results of the findings showed that: (1) The relationships among employee assistance programs, organizational commitment, and general health had positive effects. (2) The relationships among job satisfaction, organizational commitment, andgeneral health had positive effects. (3) Job satisfaction mediated the positive relationship between employee assistance programs and organizational commitment, general health. Finally, we discussed the theoretical and practical implications of our findings. We also proposed several directions for future researches.
