銀髮族休閒涉入及幸福感之研究

摘要

本研究旨在探討銀髮族休閒涉入及幸福感之現況與關係，採用問卷調查法共計發放500份問卷，獲得有效問卷424份。以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元逐步迴歸等統計方式進行分析。其研究結果如下：一、銀髮族背景變項中年齡、職業、可支配金額及經濟來源等在休閒涉入達顯著差異。而性別、年齡、學歷、是否退休、職業、可支配金額及經濟來源在幸福感上達顯著差異。二、休閒涉入與幸福感達顯著之正相關。三、休閒涉入對幸福感具有預測之效果，其中以「中心性」最具預測力。本研究針對其研究結果提出相關之建議如下：設計及規劃吸引男性銀髮族之設施或活動、提供銀髮族參與休閒活動之優惠措施及環境及鼓勵銀髮族參與休閒活動。

The purpose of this study is to exploring the current leisure involvement and wellbeing for seniors. This study adopted questionnaire survey and distributed 500 questionnaires with 424 valid ones collected. For descriptive statistic, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze those questionnaires. The study results are listed below: 1. In the variables of the seniors in the age, occupation, disposable amount and economic source have significant difference in leisure involvement. However, gender, age, academic status, retirement status, occupation, disposable income and economic source have significant difference in Well-Being. 2. The seniors of leisure involvement and well-being are all significant correlation. 3. The leisure involvement has predictive power to well-being, especially centrality. The study also provides suggestions based on the study results are listed below: to design and plan facilities or activities that attract male seniors of the male genital group, provide preferential treatments and conditions for the silver seniors and participate in recreational activities and encourage them to participate in recreational activities.
