大學生智慧型手機使用狀況與休閒效益關係之研究—以中華大學學生為例

The relationship between smartphone usage and leisure benefits of college students - a case study in the Chung-Hua University

摘要


本研究主要目的是了解大學生智慧型手機使用狀況,以及分析手機使用狀況與休閒效益之關係。以中華大學大學生為研究對象,發放250份問卷,共回收有效問卷236份,經由描述性統計、因素分析、t檢定、單因子變數、卡方檢定、交叉分析進行研究驗證。結果發現:(1)中華大學大學生平均每天使用智慧型手機上網時間以7小時以上佔34%為最多,最常使用手機上網的項目是使用通訊軟體,其次為電玩遊戲;(2)不同個人屬性的中華大學學生的智慧型手機每天上網時間不會因性別、學院別、住宿情形、資費吃到飽方案和有無打工的不同而有差異;而在上網使用行為和休閒效益上會因性別、學院別、住宿情形、資費吃到飽方案和有無打工的不同而有部份差異;(3)中華大學大學生的智慧型手機每天上網時間與心理效益、生理效益、教育效益和社交效益四構面沒有相關;而透過智慧型手機上網使用行為所獲得的休閒效益與社交效益、生理效益、教育效益及心理效益有部份相關。依據以上研究結果,本研究分別提出建議供學生、家長、學校及有關單位參考。

The main purpose of this study is to understand the smart phone usage, and relationship between smart phone usage and leisure benefits of college students. A questionnaire survey was taken in the Chung-Hua University, and 236 of 250 valid questionnaires were received. The data is analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Chi-square test and cross-analysis. The results show that (1) the average daily time of using smart phone is more than 7 hours for 34% of college students, and the most common usages are communication software and video games; (2) the average daily usage time is no difference for students of different gender, colleges, accommodation, rates and programs, part-time jobs, but the internet access behaviors and leisure benefits for different students are partially different; (3) there is no correlation between the daily usage time and students' psychological, physical, educational, and social benefits, but there is relation between students' internet access behavior and their leisure, social, physical, educational, and psychological benefits. Based on the results, some recommendations are proposed for students, parents, schools, and relevant organizations.
