社區意識凝聚及農村價值提升之探討-以某社會企業活動為例

The Discussion on the Agglomeration of Sense of Community and the Enhancement of Rural Value - A Case Study of Activities of a Social Enterprise

摘要


近年來,農村社會企業運用商業模式創造經濟發展與就業機會,已經成為臺灣促進農業發展的一種手段。本研究以在地農民、工作人員及參與民眾為對象,透過問卷調查及層級分析法,探討農村社會企業辦理之活動,是否會對凝聚社區意識與提升農村價值有所助益;資料分析結果顯示,三方對於研究議題的看法與排序雖略有出入,然大體上多保持正面肯定的態度,顯見以此模式進行研究應屬可行,而農村社會企業確實也具備其功能。目前臺灣已有許多農村社會企業呈現新型態的發展且具一定成效,不過面對農村人口變遷、產業快速變化的複雜問題,在地農民、工作人員及參與民眾三者之間的意見如何取得平衡,進而達到社區意識凝聚、農村價值提升之目標仍是值得思考的課題。

In recent years, the way for rural social enterprises in Taiwan to apply business models for creating economic development and employment opportunities has become a means of promoting agricultural developments. This study, based on local farmers, staff and public participants as research subjects via questionnaires and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), explores whether the activities of rural social enterprises help to agglomerate community consciousness and enhance rural value. The results of data analysis show that local farmers, staff and public participants generally maintain positively supportive attitudes, though their viewpoints and rankings on the research issues are slightly different. It is obvious that research on this model should be feasible and rural social enterprises do have their social functions. At present, many rural social enterprises in Taiwan have shown a new type of development and have achieved certain accomplishments. However, facing with the complex problems of rural population changes and rapid industrial changes, how to obtain balances for the opinions among local farmers, staff and public participants and then achieve the goal of agglomerating community consciousness and enhancing rural value is still a topic worth for researchers to consider.
