高中學生休閒阻礙及休閒參與之相關性研究:以桃園市立龍潭高級中等學校學生為例

摘要


高中階段的學生正是身心發展為成人的重要關鍵階段,近幾年教育制度不斷的變革、考招制度不斷的鬆綁及改變、教科書的重新編審,學生是否因各種教育政策的實行而舒緩了升學壓力?以現今社會的氛圍、家長的期待,學生依舊要為了升學而做很多努力,學生升學壓力依然存在著,過重的壓力有可能影響學生的身心發展及生理健康,而釋放壓力的重要方式之一就是透過休閒活動釋放壓力、鬆弛緊張情緒。本研究旨在探討高中學生休閒阻礙與休閒參與之相關性,並探討不同背景變項學生在休閒阻礙及休閒參與之差異情形。本研究採用問卷調查方式進行資料收集,以桃園市立龍潭高中學生為研究樣本,共發放408份問卷,回收有效問卷385份,有效問卷回收率94.36%,所得資料經描述性分析、單一樣本t檢定分析、獨立樣本t檢定分析、變異數分析及皮爾森積差分析。所獲得的結論為:龍潭高中學生的休閒阻礙、休閒參與在背景變項的不同而有所差異情形;而參與休閒活動類型與休閒阻礙有顯著相關,最後根據研究發現及結論提出建議,提供各相關單位推展學生休閒教育的實務經驗及未來後續研究發展的參考。

High school students are an important and critical stage of their physical and mental development as adults. In recent years, the education system has been continuously reformed, the examination and recruitment system has been loosened and changed, and the textbooks have been re-edited. Have students eased their progress due to the implementation of various educational policies? pressure? With the current social atmosphere and the expectations of parents, students still have to make a lot of efforts to advance to higher education. The pressure to enter higher education still exists. Excessive pressure may affect the physical and mental development and physical health of students. One of the important ways to relieve the pressure is to Relieve stress and relax tension through leisure activities. This research aims to explore the correlation between leisure obstacles and leisure participation of high school students, and to explore the differences in leisure obstacles and leisure participation of students with different background variables. This study uses questionnaire surveys to collect data. Taking students from Longtan High School in Taoyuan City as the research sample, a total of 408 questionnaires were distributed, and 385 valid questionnaires were returned. The effective questionnaire recovery rate was 94.36%. The data obtained was determined by descriptive analysis and single-sample t test. Analysis, independent sample t test analysis, variance analysis and Pearson product difference analysis. The conclusions obtained are: Longtan Senior High School students' leisure obstacles and leisure participation vary in different background variables; the types of leisure activities involved are significantly related to leisure obstacles. Finally, suggestions are made based on the research findings and conclusions, and various Relevant units promote the practical experience of student leisure education and the reference for future follow-up research and development.
